I hope your weekend held valuable time to daydream and rest!
I heard on the radio this weekend and then again in the report we receive from?Stuart Brown with Willamette Valley Bank?that daydreaming is actually good for you!!!
?Daydream Believer.?It?s a fact that daydreamers score higher on creativity tests and come up with better ideas than those focused exclusively on work. Daydreaming is different than meditation in that you?re filling your mind rather than trying to empty it, but the trick is to focus on things other than work or problems. Taking a 20-minute lunchtime walk as you let your mind wander freely is a great way to refresh both mind and body with a bit of fresh air and exercise.?
With that in mind ? or not ? we have seen an increase in new listings on the market this last week. As spring draws near we will begin to see the inventory increase and this is not as beneficial for a Seller. The more inventory, the more choices and the pendulum swings in favor of Buyers.? If I am a Seller right now I am considering making my home the #1 choice for a Buyer.? Several things matter to a Buyer and the number one thing is price.
Have a great week and below is some good additional reading if you are not daydreaming!
